The more you feel relaxed and energized at home in your own territory of your breath, the less likely you'll run away

This is your territory, so settle
in. Don’t let anybody else push you out. Of course, other people aren’t
the ones trying to push you out. Your own defilements push you to go
running out after things. But the more you feel at home right here, then
the less likely you’re going to be pushed around, the less likely
